Session Proposal Form

Program proposals can be in any subject area or any format, but should relate to our conference theme of “Evolving” (i.e., the infinite possibilities; from something to everything; and the creation of new roles in all areas). Previous submissions have included both artistic and academic presentations.

While the focus of the conference is women, all members of the University community and the public are invited to submit a proposal. Independent and group presentations are welcome.

Sessions are one hour in length. We are particularly interested in topics that have widespread appeal and are interactive and engaging.

Please submit your proposal for a session presentation by filling out the form below. The registration fee will be waived for all conference presenters.

Notifications of Session Proposal status will be sent to the Primary Presenter by February 2^nd. Once a Session Submission is approved, we ask that presenters confirm their participation no later than February 6^th at 5 PM. If we do not receive a confirmation by that date, the committee will assume that the presenter does not wish or can not present.
