Seton Hall University Lost & Found Policy
It is the policy of Seton Hall University that the Department of Public Safety and Security will be responsible for the safe keeping of all lost and found property. Every effort will be made to return property to its rightful owner. All unclaimed property will be retained by the Department of Public Safety and Security for a period of one year after which time it will be disposed of. Items of value shall be donated to charities supporting the Catholic mission. All other property shall be destroyed at the discretion of the Director of Public Safety.
