Brief Information

1. Reports directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Services.
    

2. Responsibilities includes all secretarial duties in administrative office that heads six departments within the division, including, but not limited to compiling various reports, handling invoices, purchase orders, setting up meeting and calendars for the Vice President for Student Affairs, etc.
