A 6-week structured workshop

Do people tell you to just "relax"… but it's not that simple?

Are you nervous around other people?

Do you spend a lot of time making sure your work is just right?

Have you had panic attacks?
If you said yes to any of these, or if you just feel anxious, nervous, worried, or fearful, this workshop may be for you! The workshop is a group that will run once a week for six weeks and teach you how to manage these feelings better. Students can learn from each other by receiving and providing support and feedback. Participation is free and confidential.
