This form is used for online nomination of individuals and organization for the following awards:
- Greek Organization of the Year
- Greek Man of the Year
- Greek Woman of the Year
- Organization of the Year
- Advisor of the Year
- University Award for Distinguished Leadership and Services
- Mother Seton Award for Presidential Leadership
- Resident Student Award / Hall Council Member of the Year
To complete the nomination process you will need to:
1) Select the award the nominee is being nominated for.
2) Enter information about yourself (the nominator).
3) Enter information about the individual or organization (the nominee).
4) Submit an explanation of why the nominee deserves the award. Refer to the descriptions below for more information on each award.
5) Nominations will not be accepted after the deadline posted at the top of this page.
6) You are encouraged to nominate individuals for more then one award. If you chose to do so, you will need to compose a separate nomination that is specific to the award.
