The Career Center has forged strong partnerships with employer organizations. Employer representatives serve as career mentors and participate in career fairs and networking events throughout the year to identify talent for their organizations.

Recent networking events have included alumni / employer forums that target specific industry areas; the annual Career Fair that hosts more than 80 employers; the annual College of Education Career Fair, The Allied Health Professions Career Fair and the Nursing E-Career Fair.

The Career Forum Series provides information about specific career fields. Through speakers and panel discussions, students gain an insight into the world of work and the opportunities available in any given industry. The program format allows sufficient time to network and interact with presenters and participants.
