 Sophomore Year

While some students are settled into major tracks, others are still exploring study options or considering a change of major.

The Career Center's professionals will continue to work one-on-one with students needing to choose a course of study. They also partner with faculty advisors and outside employers to arrange or administer a range of experiential offerings – internships, co-ops, practica, research projects or clinicals (both for- and non-credit) that students who meet grade and credits-earned criteria may access, beginning in sophomore year. Students are urged to attend on-campus career exploration presentations by professionals working in various fields, and to complete a resume for use in seeking an internship and/or summer employment.
