Pirate's Gold - Merchant Information

Pirate's Gold is a discretionary spending program developed as a convenience to the faculty, staff and students at Seton Hall University. Anyone with a balance on their Pirate's Gold is able to purchase goods and services at participating merchants. Funds are deposited into accounts via the Campus ID Online Card Office or on campus at the Campus ID Office. Faculty, staff, or students present their SHU Card to participating merchants and funds are deducted from their Pirate's Gold account.

As of July 2007, 10,000 students were using a Pirate’s Gold account and annual card deposits reached over $1,000,000. We expect this figure to continue to increase as the program grows.
