What is the Seton Hall University ID Card?
The ID Card is the official identification card of the Seton Hall University. It is the product of the ID Card office, located in Duffy Hall room 63.

The cost of the ID Card is as follows:

For a new Student ID, the initial one is FREE.

For a new Faculty/Staff ID, the cost is FREE (with Faculty/Staff ID Authorization form).

For a replacement ID for a lost or stolen card, the cost is $20.00.

For a temporary card, the cost is $5.00.

How do I get an ID Card?
For Orientation - students will come to Duffy Hall to get their ID made. During the year students can come to Duffy Hall Room 63 to get an ID or replacement if yours is lost or stolen.
Do I really need an ID Card?
If you are a student, faculty, or staff, you will need the ID Card for many things, from security access to campus buildings to gaining access to your meal plan. The ID is also needed on-campus for identification services, meaning that the Security will accept the ID as a form of identification and will, in many cases, ask for it.
What is Pirate's Gold?
The Pirate's Gold account works like a credit card in reverse. It's a unique money management system activated through each faculty, employee, and student's I.D. card. After depositing money into your personal Pirate's Gold account, purchases made with your card will be debited from your account.
Who can use Pirate's Gold?
Everybody that has a valid Seton Hall University ID card can get and use Pirate's Gold around the campus.
