Tier IV Budget Status Application

Under the new budget standards, organizations who excel at programming and campus life may apply for special budget standing for allocations. Limited to five organizations, these organizations have exemplified top notch programming, full and extra use of funds, detailed programming and advertising. TIER 4 organizations are eligible to apply for direct funding up to $3000. TIER 4 organizations will receive two allocated quarter page Setonian advertisements, and may request additional space from the pool. In order to qualify for Tier IV Status, your organization must meet the following criteria:

1. Such organizations shall only be eligible after two semesters at the TIER 3 level (current $1000 orgs may apply)
2. Organizations must apply for this status to SOAC in the Spring meeting by submission of portfolio of yearly plans and accomplishments. The following online application must be accompanied by a physical portfolio of programs and events this year, as well as plans for next years.

3. Organizations must have already completed the New Officer Registration to apply for Tier IV Status. New officers must also attend the Leadership Institute

4. Applications are due March 15th, 2007. Portfolios must be submitted by Monday March 19th to UCenter Room 216.

Please remember that the submission of a portfolio of event advertisements and synopsis, materials from your organization this year, as well as plans and ideas for next year must accompany this application. Decisions will be given to organizations prior to actual budget application period.
