Online Program Proposal Form

All programs run by SGA recognized organizations require the completion of this form before funding or space may be granted. The Program Proposal form is now the ONLY paperwork needed to request funds from the Student Government Association's Programming or Co-Sponsorship Budgets. Currently financially recognized organizations may apply for Programming funds.  All other organizations interested in funding assistance should check the Co-Sponsorship Request Box. This form must be completed at least two weeks prior to the event. If requesting funds from the Finance Committee, you will be required to appear on Monday mornings between 9 and 10 AM.
